&asanas is more than a yoga studio—it’s a wellness hub for the London community. With three studios, two treatment rooms, and an ever-present sense of peace, &asanas offers a full spectrum of practices rooted in the 8 limbs of yoga, from hot and non-heated yoga to meditation, breathwork, sound baths, reiki, massage therapy, and more.
Interweave was brought in to visually capture the unique atmosphere and lifestyle at the heart of &asanas—an immersive space where community, mindfulness, and holistic wellness meet.
We created a visual content suite to showcase the soul of &asanas through both photography and video. Our goal was to translate the in-person experience into digital storytelling that could immediately connect with both existing clients and newcomers exploring the space online.
Video Production
We developed an ASMR-style brand reel that captured the calm, grounding journey of visiting &asanas.
From the quiet anticipation of arrival, to the peaceful flow of a yoga practice, and the lingering serenity felt while walking back into the world—this video was crafted to mirror the emotional rhythm of a class at &asanas.
Every sound, movement, and visual was chosen to evoke the feeling of calm, centering, and mindfulness that the space offers.

These assets are now used across their website, social media, and promotional materials, giving them a strong and consistent visual presence.
The final suite of content helped &asanas visually communicate their mission of cultivating wellness beyond the mat.
Our partnership supported their brand growth and elevated the online presence of a space built on connection, healing, and intention.
